Oded Noy, Founder, Executive
Chairman - Oded Noy began his professional software career while still a
teenager and has gained extensive experience in transaction-intensive and
Web-based communications systems during the ensuing 25 years. In the Israeli
Air Force, he developed crisis management software and systems for
human/computer interaction. At PATH, Noy has developed a distributive
technology utilizing pattern recognition; has three patents pending on software
technology; and has served as software architect and lead project manager for
such clients as Pratt & Whitney, CarsDirect.com, and Warner Bros. In
addition, he is a member of InfoWorld's CTO Advisory Council. Noys
ongoing experience with mission-critical enterprises led to the development of
the PATH Reliability Expert system and its unique market niche.
Noy is
also an accomplished speaker and writer on software application behavior
management. His most recent speaking engagements include the Quality Assurance
Institute's e-XTREME Testing Conference; the National Defense Industrial
Association's Systems Engineering Conference; and CMP's Software Development
Conference. His most recent articles have appeared in Computer Technology
Review, Database Trends & Applications, and SearchWebServices. |

Galia Linn, Founder, Chief Executive
Officer - With more than 17 years in operations management, software
development, and marketing, Galia Linn is experienced at generating revenue,
increasing efficiency, implementing systems for corporate growth, and
establishing long-term business relationships. Since co-founding PATH, she has
driven the companys success with clients ranging from dot-coms to Fortune
100 companies, including include Disney, PeopleSoft, FileNet, United Online,
and Visteon. Linn is responsible for corporate operations at PATH and continues
to implement the insight she developed while streamlining internal efficiency
processes with the Israeli Air Force during her military service. She also
combines formal training in design with her extensive management experience to
ensure that PATH solutions merge style and technology, focusing on customer
value and effective communications strategy.
Prior to PATH, Linn was a
software-development project manager for Warner Bros. and a consultant for a
variety of companies, including MGM, Intel, L2 Communications, and Creative
Artists Agency |

John VanZandt,
Ph.D., Chief Technology Officer - CEO Consultancy is the brainchild of John
VanZandt. Having worked in the technology industry for over twenty years, John
recognized that high-technology companies can gain huge economic advantages by
tapping into the global engineering workforce, yet many do not have the
infrastructure nor experience to manage a distributed engineering organization.
He created CEO expressly to give these companies the competitive edge to
succeed.
VanZandt has a track record of proven leadership in creating
dynamic organizations for defining and delivering state-of-the-art software and
hardware systems with a focus on software, embedded systems, servers, PCs and
mobile computing. His key strengths lie in a deep understanding of business and
technology and in the ability to drive an organization to peak
performance.
Having headed the engineering divisions of companies like
Fujitsu, Comdisco, Unisys, Ethentica and more recently Wily Tech, VanZandt
works with a hands-on approach. He has led international distributed
engineering teams for 6 years. He has designed everything from supercomputers
to notebooks to complex software applications. He has also consulted for NASA
and developed their computing plan for the 21st century.
In addition,
VanZandt has lectured at universities across the country and spoken at numerous
conferences on topics ranging from software development to computer
architectures. He is the author of the book titled "Parallel Processing in
Information Systems". |

Gordon M. Watson, Sr. Vice President
Sales and Bussines Development - Gordon Watson has over 40 years of
experience in the computer industry. He was president of Troy Check Printing
Systems and division general manager at Locus Computing and at Computer
Automation. His diverse background also includes a successful career in direct
field sales and sales management for companies such as Computer Usage Corp.,
Local Data, Locus Computing, and Middlewire Inc. His experience also includes
many years in technical development and technical management as director of
engineer for TRW and chief engineer for Varian Data Machines. |

Jason McBride, Chief Scientist and
Vice President of Engineering - Jason McBride has over sixteen years of
experience in building enterprise products using full system development
lifecycle processes. At PATH, he focuses on distributed system
reliability. He has broad experience in application and system programming
using Java, .NET, C, XML, and Intel-assembler for distributed computing,
multithreaded and multiprocessor programming. McBride has extensive experience
in leading and mentoring engineers. |
